Holcomb Named Fond du Lac Area Human Resources Association Professional of the Year

FOND DU LAC, WI (January 18, 2006)—Julie Holcomb, Vice President of Human Resources at RB Royal Industries, was named the 2005 Fond du Lac Area Human Resources Association Professional of the Year.

This award recognizes a member of the Human Resources Association for outstanding contribution to the Human Resources profession, to his or her employer or to the community as a whole. The nomination for the award came from John E. Valek, COO and Executive Vice President of RB Royal Industries. 

“I believe the results Julie has delivered exemplifies accomplishments worthy of someone receiving this award,” Valek said. 

Holcomb has more than 22 years of human resource experience and has held her position at RB Royal since 1992. She received her bachelor’s degree from UW-Platteville and has obtained her SPHR certification. This spring she is a candidate for her master’s degree from UW-Oshkosh.

RB Royal Industries Inc. of Fond du Lac, WI designs and manufactures custom hose and tube assemblies as well as precision machined products for applications involving fluid power, fluid transfer and systems integration.
