RB Royal Industries Names New CEO and President

FOND DU LAC, WI (January 5, 2007) – RB Royal Industries, Inc. has named James W. Neumann as the chief executive officer and John E. Valek as the president. Valek will also maintain his position as the chief operating officer.

The change comes as the result of the retirement of John Neumann, Jr., who formerly served as both the CEO and the chairman of the board. Employed by RB Royal since 1962, he will maintain his position as the chairman of the board.

James W. Neumann, the former president, has been employed by RB Royal since 1969. Valek, employed by the company since 1994, is the former executive vice president.

RB Royal Industries Inc. provides application based solutions through the design and manufacture of custom hose and tube assemblies and precision machining. The company’s products are vital to applications involving fluid power, fluid transfer and systems integration.
