Core Values

We do not present our Core Values in paragraph form that our employees are expected to memorize and repeat. Our values are displayed around our plant so that every individual can speak about them IN THEIR OWN TERMS so that they can make a personal reference to what those values mean. By embracing this ‘open ended’ approach to our values, they are never limited.
