Since we were declared an essential business, RB Royal worked hard to make sure our worker’s health and safety remain priority number one. Read our press release below about what we have done to help ensure the worker’s health and safety are not compromised while continuing to do business. Employees are our number one asset and without them, we wouldn’t be able to deliver the quality product and service we have been delivering since 1942.

Press Release – For Immediate Release

Fond du Lac, WI – May 27th, 2020 – After Wisconsin’s Safer at Home order was issued in March, RB Royal was classified as an essential business. Their team recognized the importance of continuing operations to supply their customers with custom fluid transfer products along with the need to make changes to ensure the health and safety of RB Royal employees. The management team at RB Royal was dedicated to retaining their workforce and worked hard to minimize the use of furloughs.

RB Royal worked quickly to start implementing changes around the facility. They installed wall mounted sanitizer dispensors in several locations around the office and shop to make it convenient for employees to sanitize their hands as they moved around. Cleaning procedures were reviewed and an increased cleaning schedule was implemented across the entire facility. To allow for social distancing, a number of tables were removed from the lunch room.

“We have used the past couple of months to increase training, rebuild equipment, and eliminate waste to improve procedures.”

 – Dave Neumann, Brand Manager

Now that the Safer at Home order has been overturned, it does not mean RB Royal is relaxing worker’s health and safety procedures. As of right now, all people involved in operations, including employees, customers, suppliers, and truck drivers, are required to wear a face mask when in the building. Cloth masks have been provided for all RB Royal employees.  Although policy and procedures have changed at RB Royal to better protect employees, the dedication to providing quality products and service remains unchanged.
